What is HTSAC?

HTSAC is a vehicle for bringing together the community sectors impacted by the problem to develop and carry out strategies to reduce substance abuse.
We've MOVED!

HTSAC  has moved to the W&M School of Education building, located at 301 Monticello Avenue.

We ask that you please bear with us during our transition. Our new phone number is 221-6022.  General emails can be sent to htsac@wm.edu. You can email staff directly at their new email addresses listed under the HTSAC Staff tab.

We look forward to welcoming the community to our wonderful new location, so be on the lookout for an open house invitation in the coming weeks.

The Historic Triangle Substance Abuse Coalition was formed in 1999 as a result of the effots of the Historic Triangle Funders Forum. The Coaltion is designed to help communities substantially reduce the use of illicit drugs and alcohol by consolidating existing resources into a single community-wide system of treatment, training, and prevention. The Coalition is a unique entity that is neither a 501c3 nor is part of any agency. Instead it is a grant funded collaboration and partnership of those parties committed to reducing substance abuse.
