HistoryThe Historic Triangle Substance Abuse Coalition was formed in 1999 as a result of the effots of the Historic Triangle Funders Forum. The Coaltion is designed to help communities substantially reduce the use of illicit drugs and alcohol by consolidating existing resources into a single community-wide system of treatment, training, and prevention. The Coalition is a unique entity that is neither a 501c3 nor is part of any agency. Instead it is a grant funded collaboration and partnership of those parties committed to reducing substance abuse. |
