Board of Directors

The HTSAC Board of Directors is the guiding leadership behind the coalition. Representatives from various sectors of the community assist in providing direction to the coalition in addressing substance abuse prevention and treatment.

The role of the Board of Directors is to provide general supervision of the affairs of the coalition providing financial oversight, coordinating Project and Administrative Committees, hiring and supervising the Coalition Director, reviewing any needs assessment, approving the strategic plan and endorsing grant proposals bearing the name of HTSAC. Decisions and recommendations are typically reported to the General Membership during coalition meetings.
